Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. KCL reserves the right to reject any return or refund request based on the condition of the item and adherence to our return policy.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds: There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Exchanges

Warranty
All products purchased from KCL Home Centre are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty which varies by product. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a specified period from the date of purchase.
